@Joseph Back @James Wilcox Thank you both for your insight.  I will definitely be joining the meetups when I touch down.  I used to live in London and for a bit in Corbin. Smaller towns about an hour south.  Love Kentucky, hoping to meet more investors like yourselves.  And I hope you both don't mind me reaching out to you once I do officially move in!  Thanks again!

Just a quick question.  What neighborhoods in Lexington KY are good to fix and flip in?  Moving there soon and don't know the area very well.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
