Turnkey Property Companies

Hello. I'm looking at turnkey companies across the US. I live in CA, entry point is rather/decently high and out of state investing is where i'm going to next. Are there any individuals investing with certain companies they like? Dislike? I'm not looking to trash talk, just looking to get input from the community. 

So far gcrealtyinvestments and renttoretirement look fairly promising on paper/website. 

Any input would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you
