Hello friends. I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about Ohio. It has been mentioned on various podcast and YouTube. Does anyone currently invest there. If so what areas the areas that should be looked at for cash flow. I just started my investment journey and just wondering if I should put it on my radar. Thanks in advance.

@Steven Jefferson

Columbus, Ohio is the only main city in the state with an increasing population. I’d recommend Columbus for cash flow and appreciation.
