How To Make An Unsolicited Offer
There is a multifamily property (SFH + 11-unit MFR) that I have been waiting some time to come up for sale. How do I go about making an offer without seeming too interested and hiking the price? Should I get an agent involved or seek out the owner and contact him/her directly?
