Real estate attorney

Looking for advice on finding a real estate attorney, how would one go searching for one, real estate agents, title companies etc. I am located in the Philadelphia suburbs if anyone is local that might have any suggestions.

@Chris Hiser Google, Zillow, and FB REI groups in your area are a good starting point. I would suggest finding a good agent first, they will have title companies and attorneys to suggest for you because they are in the business. Most agent profiles on sites will have their star ratings and reviews from customers. I believe Zillow also list how many transactions they have recently completed.
