Investing in Columbus, OH

Hello BP Community, 

My husband and I are looking at investing in the Columbus, OH area. We are going to be buying single family homes in the 200k-300k range. Would love to know what neighborhoods we should check out? Looking for neighborhoods with good school districts, young professionals, or up and coming areas. Thanks!

Happy to share a neighborhood breakdown map of Columbus based upon rent comps, sale comps, appreciation, and crime. In the $200-300k range you'd want to focus on B class neighborhoods where you can get some nice rental grade ones for around $250k.
