My husband and I are looking at investing in the Columbus, OH area. We are going to be buying single family homes in the 200k-300k range. Would love to know what neighborhoods we should check out? Looking for neighborhoods with good school districts, young professionals, or up and coming areas. Thanks!

Hello BP Community, 

I'm curious if anyone is familiar with the ADU or mother in-law apartment laws in Salt Lake City, UT? My husband and I are out of state investors and looking at buying a property in SLC which would have a mother in-law unit or "ADU". Is it possible to rent out both the primary house and ADU to separate long term renters?
