Does anyone know of any Real estate investing clubs that deal with development and commercial properties, in the Los Angeles area?

Thanks @Sean Hurwitz ... @Nicole Diaz as most of the investors that show up to the meetings would focus on wholesaling, buy & hold, or flipping single family residential homes, there are a handful that will focus on commercial. We had a couple at the last meetup that has some great insight. I know @Jeff Greenberg is part of a meetup that focuses primarily on commercial. Jeff, can you add some insight to your commercial meetup?
