Driving Range/Batting Cages
I am really interested in bringing a driving range to the Rogers-Bentonville area because I am an avid golfer and I'm down in Arkansas a lot already and there is never any where to hit golf balls at besides country clubs. I have been scouting some land and it would be a really low investment for the surplus you would gain out of it. Also possible batting cages. Looking for an investor in NWA area to talk with.

When you run your numbers, make sure to factor broken windshields on your ball collection tractors. I know that always where I aim!
