I am really interested in bringing a driving range to the Rogers-Bentonville area because I am an avid golfer and I'm down in Arkansas a lot already and there is never any where to hit golf balls at besides country clubs. I have been scouting some land and it would be a really low investment for the surplus you would gain out of it. Also possible batting cages. Looking for an investor in NWA area to talk with.

I have been scouting some land and it would be a really low investment I feel because all would be needed is a building, the yardage marker signs and range balls which could get on a discount from a golf retailer such as Taylor made or Nike. I hear people all the time especially at my church in Rogers that there is never anywhere to hit golf balls at and they aren't members at country clubs, and NW Arkansas is huge in golf!! My uncle and aunt live in Bella Vista and they are golfers, but have no way to hit balls because they are not members as well. I think the best approach to go about this would be a low cost with limited risk for the building, the yardage signs, golf balls, and a cart picker.
