Input needed on awnings for this commercial office building?

Still getting my feet wet on rehabbing commercial space.

I feel this building is very boring so I plan to add some awnings. So many choices I need some input.

I want to do something orange or copper in color and canopy style or metal. But should I just have one over each door or should multiple awnings span the entire length of the front of building?

If you are not going to paint the entire building, I'd definitely go with black awnings. Copper or orange will blend in with the building and won't look great.

I would go for individual awnings, no need for an entire long covering. Annoying if it gets damaged as well, much easier to repair/replace smaller units. Just shop around locally, its not an "internet" thing IMO

Hey Adam!

Rehabbing the facade is a really good idea! Do be careful though and check with your city's zoning and development codes. They can be fairly strict about what can and cannot be there.

We did these and they were expensive.  I think we spent $65K for the 2 buildings.  Maybe we got the gold versions?
