Hi!!! I am considering doing direct mail for pre forcloudures for the porpuse of doing short sales. I need help on what it should say in the letter

Try a search of yellow letter campaigns. There are a lot of options out there. From a 10 year real estate broker, be prepared. You will need someone with vast experience to be successful in the short sale game. There are tough margins currently. Nothing like 5 years ago. And the lenders can be very hard to work with.
