Hi BP, Quick question: Does past due property tax liability automatically transfer to a new buyer even if there is not a recorded lien for the taxes? I'm gong to a few auctions this week and during registry of deeds research I am not finding tax liens, but I know back taxes exist. Thanks, Mike
