Can you get financing for a bank owned home
Hey could I use bank or lender financing to purchase a bank owned home from a bank?? Like would I be able to shop on auction dot com using financing??

You can finance them as long as you can close in 30 days. Keep in mind that most of their homes will not qualify for conventional financing so you’ll have to have everything ready to go with an investor friendly bank before you bid.
