Is anyone knows a great Syndication training program?

I am looking for multi-family syndication program as an investor and a great network to learn the process and learn analyzing "the good" case.

I would start with reading The Hand's Off Investor by @Brian Burke.  By far the best introduction to real estate syndication investing - but it also has a lot of technical information and is a huge help in learning how to screen sponsors and analyze deals.  There are also plenty of podcast to listen to.

Next I would join a Community - many are mentioned in the posts above.  Having a network and Community is more important in syndication investing than most forms of investing because it is not a common way to invest.  It's not like a 401k or the stock market where you can talk to family or friends.  Most of them will run for the hills when you mention "alternative" investments or syndications - they don't understand it and that makes it scary.  Also, there are very long-term illiquid investments that are completely out of your control - it is critical that you invest with quality sponsors.  These quality sponsors are very hard to find and even harder to confirm that they are great operators - the best way to find and qualify these operators is to use the power of your Community.  Trust transfers - if several people in your Community have invested with a sponsor and have had success and they share that with you - you have a huge advantage in your search for sponsors.
