Multi-Family Strategies

Hey everyone,

I was wondering what are all the different types of strategies / niches there were for multi-family. I am trying to figure out which is best suited for me, but I am sure I don't have all the options.

Some that I can think of:

  • Reposition underperforming properties
  • Flipping properties
  • Buying already stabilized properties
  • what else is there?

What is your strategy/niche?

@Giovanni Isaksen As we are also in Houston. The one additional is improving energy efficiency through better insulation, more efficient windows and sealing windows and doors. We also converted a 1 bed to a 2 yielding 100 more a month on a 7 month ROI.

These are the reasons I like mf.  All of these changes increase cashflow and property values.
