St. Thomas lender referral

I'm looking for a commercial lender for a 6-unit apartment complex I am purchasing in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. My usual guy at Wells Fargo said he doesn't work with properties here. If anyone has a recommendation I'd appreciate it.
