Inspector in Phoenix
I'm under a contract to buy my first multi-home property here in Phoenix and I'm in need of an inspector. Inspectors here in Phoenix charge more than I have anticipated. I'm looking for someone who can charge me at a discount this very first time. Keep in mind that this inspector will be used multiple times over when I acquire more properties in the Phoenix area and will be paid accordingly.
