If you buy it and do this send me the address and I’ll send the fha department so they can lock you up for free. You’ll be hacking into a room 2x4 with some nice metal bars, free meals and a bed as well. How nice of the government to do that

I’m looking to build 7 or more Fourplexes close to Casa Grande AZ, it’s like 1 hour away from phoenix AZ. If anyone can recommend a builder or a construction company please send the info to me. Thank you.

It’s probably only your area. Here in phoenix the supply still low and demand for rentals are sky high.

Do more diligence on your tenants. Visit their previous residences where they were staying before, etc, references.

Buy a duplex 3 beds and two bath each unit and rent it for $2000.
