I am looking for referral  for   property management companies in the Indianapolis area.  I posted earlier I commercial forum , but feel will get some info here too.

Start by going to www.narpm.org and searching their directory. Try to interview at least three different managers and ask them more than, "What's your commission?" The ones that charge the most are often the ones that will put the most money into your pocket.
