Multifamily Insurance Question

I just got quote for three 6 plexes that was $13,500 a year for insurance. They're worth between $1.1-1.2mm.

Is this high? Who do you use for insurance? I had just contacted my residential insurance broker.

@Jordan Moorhead even if they are old buildings, that is high.
