Seeking advice/Out of State Units

Hi BP,

I have some experience with duplexes and rental properties here in California. I am looking to get into out of state multifamily properties. As many know it is hard here in California. I am looking out of state for a better monthly ROI to help supplement my own mortgage/passive income. Any advice and tips would be greatly appreciated.

We work with a lot of investors from California here in Cleveland, Ohio. It's pretty affordable in the grand scheme of things and tends to be a solid cashflow market if that's what you're after. I've seen it become more and more competitive from a lot of west coast money coming here, but we still love it :)
