Selling rural land - Mathis Real Estate

Is Mathis Real Estate a credible company to do business with. They nailed me a letter indicating they had buyers for a property I own. Their letter did not feel as if they were attempting to wholesale land. Want to know what I might be missing?

That is a standard real estate pitch. All brokers have buyers and one of them might be interested in your property if they knew anything about it, if they had met them, if they had a contract...
