Hey everyone ! Im currently looking for my first OOS SFR/duplex,Curious as to what states are recommended looking to stay in the 100-120k range. Looking for cash flowing rentals that I can later refinance to acquire more investment properties. Thanks in advance !

If you're looking for cash flow, Cleveland or Dayton would be a great market to start in. They have inventory in your price range that can generate income with an appreciation rate around the US average.
