2024 Real Estate Investing Goals
What are your goals for real estate investing for 2024?
I'll start! I'd like to buy 2-5 BRRRR properties in Louisville or San Antonio, do 1-2 flips for extra capital and buy 2 mobile home parks in the Midwest or Texas. We're buying a new primary here in Austin but I'd like to freshen up my MTR's here in town to increase the income from them too.

Great goals! Our main goal is to grow to 300 doors under management!
I have found focusing on my daily or weekly actions, rather than the outcome, help make my goals a reality.
I see a lot of folks want to buy 1-4 properties this year but don't have a daily goal to analyze 10-20 deals.
