Shipping container investment

Vida Lolitaa
Posted

Good Morning,

I live in New York, I am looking to move out of state. I have maybe 3 or 4 states in mind, I am trying to see where I could move that would be the most cost efficient for me. I would like to maybe buy land in a upcoming area. I would like to build a 6 shipping container building/ home. I would like to know how I should start going about this.

Here's a video showing the actual cost. Keep in mind he had the skills to make it happen, and he doesn't account for the cost of his time/skills. Most people would be better off buying a nice, used manufactured home for $50,000 - $100,000.
