Using Virtual Assistants

I am using virtual assistants to call FSBOs on craigslist to get leads for me. I am having them fill out a property information sheet for each property. They have called over 30 for me and one lead looks promising and that's it. Is anyone using VA's for this and what is the ratio of leads called to actually closing a deal? 100 to 1? Thanks, Mike

I certainly like the idea. However I would like to add that you can diversify your source of lead and have a better use of your VA. For example you can set some bandit signs and or do some direct mail marketing and have your VA screen the callers.

Sorry for not giving the credit due but I have read : It is better to have many funnel to get one deal than only one funnel to that one deal.

PS make sure though not to overwhelm yourself.

My 2 pesos.
