I've been looking at some properties in the Akron, OH area and I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations for a good local investor friendly lender and property management company. I appreciate any insight. Thank you.

@Jarrod Miracle I know multiple people who have used Michael Force @ Wayne Savings Bank. I have not done business with him myself though.  I wish I had a recommendation on management but I cannot help you there.
