Best Market statistics site and homefacts

Hi guys,

I was looking at some neighborhoods in Cincinnati and wanted to get an idea of the crime. I went to homefacts .com and was surprised to see that in a 1 mile radius there were 150+ offenders.  

How accurate do you think this data is.  Is there a site you guys can recommend to get a feel for neighborood/market?

Hi, I know that Vena Cox-Jones is from  Cincinnati , Ohio. She has a web site, Radio Show / Pod Cast, Educational events and one can ask her questions at least on her Radio show per Phone Or Email. She helped her father with his RE investments growing up , then became an agent , then broker. Not sure if she's still licensed.
