Skiptracing Probate list

Hi Newbie here. Just bought the probate list from the county office and want to know whats the best way to skip trace the person's information and which person should be the point of contact from the petition document? Is it the petitioner/husband/wife/son/daughter?

Your point of contact will be the Personal Representative. So, the Administration process has started as the proposed PR has already been confirmed by the court.

When you mention skip trace the person's information are referring to the decedent information?

That information should be there somewhere on the court documents. Try last known address of the decedent.

Here in CA none of the 58 counties sell probate list(s)..

Thank you Mark for your response. Yes, skip tracing the decedent information and also the person who is handling and making decisions of all the inherited properties that the decedent owned before his or her death.

Should I contact the person who did the petition first and then the other relatives listed in the court documents?
