My RE journey so far

I started my journey into learning about Real Estate investing in the month of April 2018. I Binge-watched(rather binge-listened) to most, if not all of the BP podcasts, starting with the first one on Jan 16, 2013 with Marty Boardman.
After passively being involved in listening to Podcasts and attending a few meetups, I decided it was time to take some action.

I bought the 90 days of intention journal in December 2019. Even though I did not update it daily, it pushed me to achieve my first goal of owning a real estate investment home.

Finally, I bought my first investment home in Birmingham, AL in March 2020.

Also, got my CA real estate agent license in Feb 2020, which was my second goal.

Currently working full time as a software engineer, as well as joined Keller Williams Benchmark Properties, Fremont, CA as a real estate agent.

I would love to connect with other ike minded investors to scale up.

Cheers,

Johnson
