Cleveland: Investing under the current conditions

Ive read that Cleveland is usually a good market to get into for cash flow. The prices seem to make sense given that the tenants pay rent which could be questionable due to COVID. There is a lot for sale right now, any opinions as to whether or not its still a smart market? or are people trying to get out of it right now because of the current condition.

    @Chelsea Jeffers

    Definitely NOT getting out of the Cleveland market! Still one of the best places to invest for cash flow. My rents are coming in as expected... I mostly rehab homes doing BRRRR and cash on cash returns of 20-30% are not uncommon but 10-15% can be expected for turnkey. DM me and I'll tell you where I invest and share my agent contact info.
