How to find utilities price?

I started a challenge yesterday on running numbers on 25 properties this month. I'm currently working on my first one and I got stuck on utilities. What sites do you recommend for looking up how much are utilities are in Phoenix, Arizona?

@Isaiah Pearson I've always either called the city or asked the seller for their utility bill.
