We have started creating luxury boxes out of shipping containers. They are custom to the end buyer for extra office space, kitchens, etc. Some buyers don't have 30k - 60k on hand. So, we're working on being able to finance them to the end buyer. What does financing a luxury box out and becoming a bank look like? (Side question could we use whole life insurance as a bank/lender to buyers and structure it like a traditional loan?)

@Isaiah Pearson your lease is a binding contract, technically if you breach any part said within, your landlord/leasing company has every right to hold you accountable. I would assume there is an early termiantion fee and the possibility of not receiving your deposit back, but you need to read the lease. Second step to take after reading the lease would be to contact your lanlord/leasing agency and speak to them about the about the matter. Additionally, get everything in writing if you can before breaking your lease. Hope this helps!

I was told that o would have to pay for the rest of the year. Is it only the fee i have to pay or for the rest of the year?
