@Brandon Perez Go on Youtube and check out Brent Daniels, Max Maxwell, Pace Morby, and Jamil Damji. Read the book, “ If You Can't Wholesale After This, ” by Todd M. Fleming. Listen to the Wholesale Inc and BiggerPockets podcast where ever you listen to podcasts.

@Prince Alston, I would recommend JV the deal with someone who would be able to show you how to go about finding a cash buyer and closing quickly.

@Tyler Zimero Always educate yourself but, get the basics done first. Decide a game plan. Are you going to do mailers, door knocking, drive for dollars, etc? What are you looking for just beat-up properties, foreclosures, preforeclosures, etc? Looks at the house physically and online. Take action! To find a mentor you have to tell your story, someone will listen. To find a mentor you can message someone on BiggerPockets to meet up for coffee, go to your local REIA, or find them at the mall. Mainly just continue to learn, take action, and know when to tradition between the two.

@Emmanuel Gonzalez Start with driving for dollars in your backyard. That will help you get familiar with your market and give you a better understanding of real estate. Talk to people, realtors, investors, lenders, and people in your local forums on BP. If you need any books, podcasts, or youtube channels just let me know.

@Maxwell Wuensch Ask a realtor to help you with the numbers. Compensate the realtor for their help.

@Maxwell Wuensch. I recommend getting the property under contract first. So that no one backs out, changes the agreement, and everything is written down.

Hi, I'm looking to move to Phoenix, Arizona at the end of March. Wanting to move around the Scottsdale neighborhood for apartments. Does anyone know any apartments that only look at credit scores?
