I was going to move 2021 from my mother’s house in Merrillville, Indiana and was looking to go to Phoenix, Arizona or Little Rock, Arkansas. I’m looking to do wholesaling to build capital to buy and hold properties. How are the markets in these places?

Hello I’m Isaiah Pearson I’m new to the community. I have been listen to the podcasts and scrolling around the site to learn more about real estate. My big brother told me about BiggerPockets after he seen I paid $997 for a real estate course. I’m eager to get into wholesaling and buy & hold properties. I’m currently still at my mothers house but looking to move in 2021. To Phoenix, Arizona or Little, Rock Arkansas. How are they markets in these places?
