2021 Goals - let's hear them!

Let's get a new goals thread going. I'll start. This year I'm going to:

1. Sell my first investment property, roll part of the proceeds into a nearby home, save the rest. 

2. Step away from my management business. Hand off day-day operations to a 50/50 partner. Delete the Airbnb app from my phone (unless I'm traveling!)

3. Househack a 2-4 unit in my favorite St. Paul neighborhood (Cathedral Hill). 

4. Buy a Round Rock airbnb house with @Jordan Moorhead

5. Help 36 clients buy/sell a duplex. 

6. Become a Dad ! ! 

7. Publish an online course. 

8. Rest (almost) every Sunday.

For me:

1. Buy 25 houses in my partnership in Louisville

2. Buy 2 more properties in Austin (1 under contract now)

3. Sell 60 homes in Austin in 2021

4. Find a great buyers agent to bring on the team

5. Deadlift 400 again

6. 15 chin ups (done!)

7. Get under 15% bodyfat

8. Take my dad out of the country again and try to help him figure out how to not work so much at 68
