Southern Oregon Real Estate CPA recommendations
I am looking for a good tax accountant for my real estate investing and property management business. We currently have 11 SFH and are looking to expand to 16 by the end of the year. I am looking for an accountant well versed in real estate tax strategies including accelerated depreciation an 1031 exchanges.

@Bill Hampton Thanks for the advice. I am definitely willing to work remotely with an accountant and tax advisor that is willing to offer guidance on tax strategies throughout the year. Our local accountant is adequate for end of year tax preparation, but we are now in a position to begin to leverage the investments that we have made into other investment opportunities. Do you have any specific recommendations on accountants to reach out to?
