Southern Oregon Real Estate CPA recommendations
I am looking for a good tax accountant for my real estate investing and property management business. We currently have 11 SFH and are looking to expand to 16 by the end of the year. I am looking for an accountant well versed in real estate tax strategies including accelerated depreciation an 1031 exchanges.

@Jordan Personius Hey Jordan! The CPA we are using this year is Bela Toledo in GP. I know he has experience with real estate investors, but I’m unsure if he does the tax planning you’re looking for.
