Offer Market Experience?

Does anyone have any experience with Offer Market for DSCR loans? I'm looking to do my first few DSCR loans and came across them.

@Michael Langeman we usually get our lenders, plumbers, property managers, GC's, properties, lawn people, etc. etc. etc. from other real estate investors.  We do it this way because then the vendor has been vetted.  It's not foolproof but it certainly helps preventing us from getting ripped off.  And I know that's kind of what you were asking here but let's try some local real estate meetup groups in your area. Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too. Even facebook might have some good local groups for you. But post locally for this. That’s the best bet.
