Funds for Rehab

Josie Stephens
Posted

Hello! I’ve got a house that I can get funding for purchase price, but I am needing help with rehab funds. Any creative ideas on how to borrow 15k? Or anyone know a hard money lender that does purchase and rehab in South Dakota? Thanks!

SD is tough and thats a very low loan amount to borrow a full blown bridge loan.

My rule of thumb is anything less than 15K try to get an interest free credit card and put it all on that
