What's the optimal vehicle for doing private lending? SDIRA? Solo 401k? Whole Life policies? 

Curious to hear everyone's insight; I feel each vehicle has it's time & place

 Are you asking as a lender or borrower? As a borrower institutional capital is typically the cheapest, as a lender using a tax deferred account is preferential.
