Has anyone actually gotten a loan or propery on facebook?

I am just curious as I am in some FB groups where I see people posting properties and asking for financing. Originally I replied to some people looking for financing but typically they have very poor credit, high LTV and they have already exhausted "real" lenders as the deals are typically pretty awful. Similar to those posting real estate for sale.

I was just curious if anyone ever found a deal via this method ? Seems like a big waste of time, especially if its a public fb group since its filled with bots and scammers.

I think this is where BP really shines the best. Every connection on here is genuine and there are great clients that are looking for help on these forums. Facebook is tough unless you own the page or have built a strong, niche following.

I don't see it as a waste of time as I actually do see a huge uptick on the engagement of my website when I post on there and on Google. But in direct loan conversions, BP is significantly better.
