Should I use an online lender?

Good evening folks!

Looking to buy my first rental next summer and wondering how good/bad the online lenders are? Obviously I will shop around and talk to a bunch of lenders, but I wanted to get a few opinions on what you guys thought about the online lenders.

I plan on using a conventional mortgage with around 20-25% down on something. Not ready to buy yet, but saving at lightening speeds!

Thanks everyone,

Jonathan Velarde

Id suggest using @Upen Patel instead of an online lender.  When a transaction is easy, the online lender deficiencies may not rear their head...but when something outside the norm happens, you want someone like Upen that can hold the transaction together.
