Lending One Rental Loans

Has any one used Lending One for a rental loan?  Any others you'd recommend?

Run from lending one. It was a very bad experience for me that could have been easily avoided if they had any professionalism and commitment to doing what they advertise they do. But that isn't the case. At least not for the two people I dealt with. Your luck may be better and you are not assigned to the jokers I dealt with, but it would not be worth the gamble for me.
