hard money contracts

I have been using some funds in my SDIRA for notes. The return is 9% but the timeline is 5 years.

I would like to offer hard money to some local flippers with a 6 mo. term as around 12%.

Are there any standard contracts available on this site? Should i hire a RE attorney to draw up the contracts? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi @Guy Yoes, you might consider talking with my friend @Matt Kiehl, who has contacts in the Tulsa investor market. Thanks, Scott
