Seeing a wave of forum posts from investors trying to find the missing piece to 100% financing, whether it's a lender willing to accept a seller financed second or a lender willing to provide a second behind seller financing. Did a guru course just let out?

Interesting...I will definitely flag these. Im sick of seeing the "I have an LLC, a potato, and two shoe strings...looking for a gap funder on this subto for 100% financing stacked behind my undisclosed HML because I have it under contract for $10k under ARV"
