Down payment funds for rental property loans

How much did you put down for your rental property loan? What are the source of these funds? Just trying to see if I should continue to save or if there are other creative ways to secure the down payment funds on traditional rental property loans.

You can do a balance transfer in to your bank account and then write the check. Some cards you can only do a cash advance to your account.
