Recommendations for Self Directed IRA Companies

Hi all, Any recommendations for a Self Directed IRA Company that does not charge a lot of fees. I saw Directed IRA/Trust. Anyone have experience with them?

I live in Colorado but my properties are in Missouri.  My investment amount is under $200k.  Just looking for advice.  Thanks in advance.

What is a "lot of fees" to you?  

Make sure you go with a company that will set up checkbook control so you don't have to pay the high custodian fees and also have the time delay when making investments. Directed IRA does a fine job.
