Thank you all for your replies. When I say lot of fees, meaning charging me for every little thing, eg receiving a quit claim deed, filing that quit claim deed in your SDIR account, transferring your own money to a checkbook account as a few examples. Each of these transaction fees are $50 so it adds up. Thanks for mentioning Directed IRA. This is who my colleague has and showed me all the fees they charge. He likes them but he also has a much bigger portfolio than I do, ha. I'm investing in real estate. Thanks again all!

Hi all, Any recommendations for a Self Directed IRA Company that does not charge a lot of fees. I saw Directed IRA/Trust. Anyone have experience with them?

I live in Colorado but my properties are in Missouri.  My investment amount is under $200k.  Just looking for advice.  Thanks in advance.
